Terms of use

Short, plain terms for using this website. Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Effective October 30, 2026

Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of dryware.com and its pages (the “Site”), operated by Dryware Systems (“Dryware”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Consulting and related services are not governed by these terms. They are provided only under a separate written agreement — typically a master services agreement, statement of work, and non-disclosure agreement — and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Permitted use

You may browse the Site, link to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape the Site to build marketing lists, use its contact details for unsolicited bulk communication, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or misrepresent your affiliation with Dryware.

Informational content; no professional advice

The Site describes our practice and our general views on building AI and data systems. It is provided for information only. Nothing on the Site is legal, security, financial, or compliance advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Descriptions of security practices, cost outcomes, or model capabilities are general statements, not promises about any particular system or engagement; actual results depend on scope, data, infrastructure, and many factors outside our control.

Booking a call

Booking an introductory call through the Site, through the Proton Calendar booking page linked from the Site, is a request for a conversation. It does not create an engagement, a commitment to provide services, or any obligation of confidentiality beyond what the law requires. Either party may cancel or reschedule. Your use of Proton Calendar is subject to Proton's own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, and the Dryware name and monogram are owned by Dryware Systems and protected by copyright and trademark law. Open-source software we publish is licensed under the terms stated in each repository, not under these terms. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and Proton Calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dryware and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief or applies to consulting agreements, which contain their own dispute terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. This version is effective October 30, 2026.
